Gluten Gone is based on the philosophy that gluten-free foods need not taste like recycled cardboard. Founder and industry expert Leon was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes as a child and having suffered a severe allergic reaction to gluten, made it his mission to find great tasting gluten-free goodies.
